2015-Relief from Saturn unless you are a Pisces, Virgo or a Sagittarius!

Look out the rules are changing, you will find even the most traditionalists loosening the grip on the playbook.  Saturn in Sagittarius will take about Two and a half years to get through the sign of Sagittarius.  During this time mnay Leo's and Aries will be enjoying support and validation of their ideas and direction.  Unfortunately Pisces and Virgo's will have the challenges of getting out of their comfort zone and trying new things.  Logic and fantasy both will take on a new meaning as the ever painfully honest Sagittarius Saturn brings the truth to light in personal and professional relationships.

Scorpio and Capricorn may fly under the radar of this particular Saturn event but they too will be surprised at the changes that will be suggested.  Aquarius and Libra will benefit having their own unique look at things with this transit of Saturn.  Cancer and Taurus will think the world has gone cold with no touchy-feely emotions.(not really but for them a little).  The most profound changes will be with Gemini and Sagittarius.  Gemini's will feel the great need to redefine their relationships, they may decide to settle down or to become independent agents.  Either way they see change in those they are in partnership with,  both personal and professional.

Sagittarius of course has the task master Saturn trying to make them conform to a more conservative plan but this usually only makes them more restless.  They will be making personal changes in their physical and mental lives.  They may change their political parties, their hair styles and their addresses just to scratch that itch.  For them Saturn is like a wool shirt without the protection of an undershirt to soften the effect.

Well let us remember this too shall pass and nothing is going to happen with out YOU making your own choices.

Of course Saturn makes a statement in our lives every 7 years.  Depending on where Saturn is in your chart it influences what Saturn is influencing in your life.

Right Now Saturn is in Scorpio, so the fixed Signs Scorpio, Leo, Aquarius and Taurus are all re evaluating what they have learned in the past 7, 14, 21 and 30 years.

In General:

Saturn usually makes us look at ourselves in the mirror and take a close look, if we don't like what we see then Saturn will make us work hard to change those  images.

Great time to stop excessive behavior!

If you are a Pisces or Cancer you will feel the help from Saturn, it will be a strong influence guiding you and helping you put things in place.  You may work very hard but make a lot of progress or money or both.

If you are a Libra, Virgo, Capricorn or Sagittarius you will not feel any strong pulls but may find yourself planning and visualizing what you want and where you want to go.

Gemini's and Aries are feeling  on edge, not certain and looking for calm and quiet (which is out of character for them)   They are re coping form something or trying to just stay out of any confrontations.

Saturn is not bad just sobering and making us each look at the "what ifs", "should of, could of would of's" in our lives.

Remember one thing, you are where you are supposed to be at any given point in time and you must learn to deal with life but also savor and enjoy your life.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2013

The New Moon is on January 11, 2013 at 2:44 pm EST!  Wow!

Five planets will be in Capricorn, it is a fresh start financially for all of us but the the earth signs (Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo, this will come much easier.  Libra, Aries and Cancer will struggle or be forced to participate in a new budget but it will get the job done.  Aquarius, Sagittarius, Scorpio and Pisces will be given chances to make things easier financially, Leo and Gemini will have some pressure but will also have some relief).

You will see the Air Signs (Aquarius, Gemini and Libra) along with Leo, Sagittarius and Aries getting into the fitness and health bug, they will be nauseating in their progress and will make you a bit envious so follow along.

It is a great time for all of us to take up spreading kindness and caring for all.  The human cause, it is evident in this world they may people are struggling all around, many of us.  So do the little things that you can to make one life better.  A kind word, a smile the gift of listening.  Donate your unwanted things to those who could use them.

I have a remarkable gift, the gift of family, my wonderful parents made hanging out with your family( Aunts, Uncles, Cousins a party!)  We did holidays together, barbecues,  family picnics and every Thanksgiving since I was born until I was well into my teens we all rented a hall and met and shared the most incredible times.  To this day we all keep in touch, we remember the joy and fun and the wonderful sense of belonging.

Every Christmas and Thanksgiving of my adult life we had at least 40 people over for dinner, we no longer attended the big family gathering but had ones of our own.  There was always room at the table for family, friends and anyone we didn't want to leave a lone on the holiday. 

Family is the gift, whoever your family is, you may not always get along but it is about belonging, so make a new family, many of us have friends and neighbors as our family or co workers, doesn't matter it is the gift of human caring.  Reach out and make friends and be a family.

Thank you Mom and Dad and all my Aunts and Uncles, they of course are on the other side playing pinnacle and toasting to the New Year!

Mercury Spazing Out!

It is bad enough that Mercury is going retrograde on the 7th but holy smokes, it is causing havoc for about a week and a half.  In the sign of Sagittarius it is like on e of those spinning fireworks that  fly around the ground in no predictable direction.  Phones go out, cars electrical systems go wacky and Mercury (the spoken or written word is so mangled) it comes out every which way but how you mean it.

Now take all this chaos and add it to the National and Local Elections, there will be nothing but  mishaps and calamities regarding the election.  The candidates will be accused of all kinds of things and the voting will be crazy. Don't be surprised at reports of voting machines going down and electricity going out while voting.    I just hope everyone practices patience (not a Sagittarius trait) because it is going to be a long night.  Don;t be surprised that the media get it wrong  or blunders election reporting.

On a personal note, life is hectic and things will get  all tangled up, this however will open the way to re sort out the mess and perhaps find the easy and fun way to put things back together.

Sagittarius actually and Gemini usually work well under retrogrades because of their spontaneity and they will be working on relationship matters.  Pisces and Virgo's will have difficulty with the non orderly way of things and Pisces will have trouble keeping up with the timing of things.  Leo's and Aquarius will find life giving them a second chance on travel and training and expanding there horizons.  Aries and Libra's will find romance matters will be able to be resolved. Taurus and Scorpios also will work on being diplomatic and more subtle and less stubborn about change.  Capricorn and Cancer will have to wing it, they both hate spontaneity and last minute decisions, Cancer's hate to let go and it is all about change and letting go.

I my self feel we should all stay at home, collect vacation pay for three weeks and watch as the world goes a little wacky, a little wine, a little music and lots of movies and friends.

Temper Temper

The Moon and Mars are together in Scorpio making a square to Venus in Leo.  Talk about a shifting of the tectonic plates, (earthquake) is a mild term.  So much energy, very sexual in nature, attraction and detraction, power struggles with two huge ego's like two bulls fighting over the same cow!

You really have to be careful, all the things you want to say or think, and you say to yourself in your mind, (those mean, hateful or nasty thoughts we sometimes have) may blurt out before you know it.

Great time for creative and artistic endeavors, reading traveling and getting out of the house or the office and enjoying nature.  When you see how there is a place for all species in nature to exist, your perspective changes and you feel better, probably because the planets have moved on.

It is not all bad, there are very passionate encounters, friendly competitive events with a great sense of personal power and control. (as long as you win)

In two weeks all this will pass and we will all be sitting on our butts thinking about what we have to do and never moving off the couch.

Dark of the MOON!

The week prior to the NEW MOON (9/15/12 and 10:10 PM EDT) is the Dark of the moon, it is like the abyss, you loose things forget things and find yourself going around in circles.

It usually means your brain is on overload and you are anxious over what is going on that you have no control over.  Lets face it with Mercury, Sun and Moon in Virgo we will all be nagging, stressing and worrying over crap we can't figure out or control.  the hardest of these aspects is when you realize that what we feel is important may not be what others feel is important. 

Saturn is making its last sweep in Libra by October it will be in Scorpio, let them learn the lessons and the Libra's can take a rest.

Life is a fruit salad, you have the sweetness, the crunch, the nuts and sometimes the seeds but it is better than the alternative!

Nag O Mania!

Right now there is a frenzy of events making us look at the state of our country.  We can't turn on the Cartoon network without some political  campaigning!  Yes we are dissecting and analyzing things to death.  We are crunching numbers and funny how we can make the numbers work for either side.

The point!   Stand up, check out the facts and get your butt out and campaign for whom you think will make us a better country.  We have had a band aide on for far too long and while the Big banks, Credit card companies, Insurance companies..not to mention the mortgage companies have had a hey day and been bailed out, you and I are paying the price.  Bail Us Out, give us 700 billion dollars and I bet we would at least spend that money and stimulate the economy.

I think it is time to take off the band aide and look at the source of our woes and fix it.

There is no middle class anymore, just those that have and those that have to choose FOOD or FUEL..

With the New Moon in Virgo it makes all of us squint our eyes to see clearly and question all things in print, this is good, now take the knowledge, sort out the facts and truths and make an informed decision.

We have two months to get it right or we are stuck for another 4 years!

Get out and vote, make a difference, fight for this country again!

Moon Mania

Have you ever stood in line anywhere and instantly started chatting with the people around you or even more interesting hating any of them for no reason.  It is your moon's reaction to thier moon.

If you find confrontation along the way it is your Mercury speaking to their Mercury.

My favorite, no matter how young or old, is seeing someone and feeling that strong attraction, even if you are happily attached.  That is your venus mars......

We interact with others most of our lives and if we can figure how to get along there would be no need for the military, guards, prisons etc.  We would learn how to communicate and get out point across without confrontation. 

I usually stop for coffee or oatmeal at McDonald's every morning, they automatically say "thank you and have a nice day"  I always say You too, or Have a great day and always try to say Thank you!

The more you say nice things and smile the better the day will go.  There are some days that really don't go so easily but it seems that is when you need the kind word or pat on the back the most.

Life can be challenging and for some terribly difficult.  Keep these people in you prayers, remember to be grateful for what you have.

My dear friends 40 year old daughter went through a very serious health condition that caused her to loose her right hand at the wrist and her left had only leaving the thumb and the palm of her hand.
When this young woman saw her hand after the doctors had done their work on the left hand she said "wow, there is still enough of that hand to pet my cat and dog and feel them!"

Humbling, stop crabbing or at least crab and then be joyful for the little things like being able to pet your cat or dog.

Lots of energy for Scorpios and Virgo you have the spotlight now, So shine!

The next time you run into a sour puss, a negative person, someone complaining, give them a big smile and say "you look fabulous, done something new?" Then get out of sight before they know what hit them.

Everyone gives Mondays a bad rep!  It is a great way to start fresh each week, from now on it is Magic Mondays, see what you can stir up to make the week fly by.  Just ignore the idiots on the highway and on the end of the customer service lines.

I think a Scorpio invented the automated response lines for our favorite customer service calls.  They are masochistic and love puzzles.  Did you ever notice them make you hit numbers until you have to start all over again.  That is Scorpionic, clever, perverse and just nutty!

Kindness and Love!

New Moon is in Taurus, settle down, be patient.  Say "Please" and "Thank you" for all that you have.  Be loving and kind to all around, it brings out the best in people.  Take stock of the love in your life, if you need more, give more, if you have it share it.  Love yourself, start there and others will join you.  Those things you can and want to change do so,  at a pace that will make the change last.  Those things you can't and don't want to change Accept as part of the make-up in your life.

Awakening, first New Moon of the New Year!

Wham! The new moon is in the sign of Aquarius, Unique and Unexplained events that bring the opportunity for change!

It gives all of us a fresh start to let go, start over and sweep out the cob webs!

It is magical, like fireworks a little frightening and full of surprises!  Aquarius is also the sign of the Humanitarian! Being a team player, giving to others and paying it forward!

Remember you are where you are supposed to be at any given point in time, there is a reason for you to be where you are.  Life can be challenging but it is also remarkable, believe in miracles and yourself!

2012 & KARMA

The funny thing about Karma is that the conception is that if you do good or bad it comes back to you that way.  This is not always so.  Your good and bad deeds can come back to you days, weeks, months and sometimes years later to help you or haunt you through someone you love.

Saturn the planet of Karma and lessons is in Libra and will be until October 2012.  Libra is the sign of Justice, balance and non confrontational means of resolving things.  Best to resolve all our Karmic issues under Libra because in October it goes into Scorpio, that's another ball game.

You can't always go back and fix something but you can put positive things forward to help someone else before it is too late for them.
